Setup Analysis
Right after uploading, the system automatically starts two parallel analyses that lay the groundwork for everything else.
The system automatically identifies who is speaking and separates each speaking turn, assigning a label to each voice.
Generates a structured summary of the main topics, decisions made, and action items to follow up on.

Setup analyses started automatically
Review before proceeding
Once the setup analysis is complete, you can customize the data to improve the quality of all subsequent analyses.
Rename or exclude Speakers
Give speakers their real names (e.g. "Speaker 1" → "Marco"). You can also exclude anyone who wasn't relevant to the meeting, like an external guest. This improves the accuracy of all subsequent analyses.
Read and edit the Summary
The summary is editable: you can correct any transcription errors or add missing context before proceeding with advanced analyses.
Exclude points from PDF export
Each summary point can be excluded from the PDF export with a simple toggle. Useful for keeping confidential information out of the report you'll share with your team.
