AI Governance
Where your meetings go, who reads them, and what for.
Who receives what
These are the external services that receive the content of your meetings: what they receive and where they process it.
Supabase · storage
Stores accounts, meetings, transcripts, analyses and audio files. Region eu-central-1: Frankfurt, Germany.
AssemblyAI · transcription
Receives the audio to transcribe it and tell speakers apart. Tanyra uses its European endpoint.
OpenAI · the readings
Receives the transcript text for the summary, the four readings (Forgia, Pulse, Sentiment, Strategic), the chat and search across meetings. Tanyra uses the global endpoint: the text may be processed outside the European Union, including in the United States.
Perplexity · web research
Receives the text of a few points that came out of the analysis, not the full transcript, to look for external sources in the deep dives. It is a US service: the text may be processed outside the European Union.
Microsoft Teams · only if you connect it
If you connect Teams, Tanyra reads the meetings to import from Microsoft. Without a connection, Microsoft is not involved.
What we guarantee, and what we don't
What you can expect, with no promise bigger than the truth.
No training
Tanyra does not train models on your meetings. The providers' own terms apply to them: OpenAI does not use data sent through its API for training unless you explicitly opt in; AssemblyAI does not use files processed on its European servers; Perplexity states it does not use customer data.
Encryption, but not end-to-end
Data travels over encrypted connections (TLS) and Supabase encrypts it at rest (AES-256). This is not end-to-end encryption: to read a meeting, Tanyra and the providers above need to see its content.
How long it stays
In Tanyra, meetings stay until you delete them: there is no automatic deletion after a set period today. OpenAI keeps abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days; Perplexity states it does not retain requests.
Who can see them
Your meetings are visible to you and, if you belong to an organization on Tanyra, to the people in your organization according to the permissions set. Whoever runs the service also has technical access to the database.
